1. What information do we collect?
Information you provide us directly
We collect personal information when you are using and interacting with our sites (eg. signup, contacting us). We may also collect any communications between you and Qjub and any other information you provide to Qjub.

- Email - we use it to contact you in case of need and to allow you to log in to our services.
Information automatically collected
We automatically collect data generated by servers when you interact with our sites. This information does not reveal any specific information about you and can't be used to identify you. It may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our sites, and other technical information.
Business data refers to data that accumulates over the normal course of operation on our platform. This may include transaction records, stored files, user profiles, and created user content as users interact with our services. Please remember that Qjub may, but has no obligation to, monitor, record, and store user content to protect your safety or the safety of other users, to assist with regulatory or law enforcement efforts, or to protect and defend our rights and property.
2. How is your information used?
We use personal information only to provide our services to you or in order to contact you. We may use a combination of identifying and non-identifying personal information to understand who our visitors are, how they use our services, and how we may improve their experience of our website in the future.
Some data collecting (analytics of usage of our services and monitoring of performance) requires your consent before we will use them. This consent can be later revoked via the button below this section. Usage of those is usually provided by 'cookies', see the next section for more information about them.
After clearing the consent, I suggest to refresh all open window or tabs with Qjub.app to make sure everything is working properly.
If you wish to block all cookies you can disable them in your browser settings. In such a case, we can't guarantee that our sites will be fully functional.
4. Processing and sharing of your data
We may process or share your data:
- When we have your direct consent to do so.
- When it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and provide service to you.
- When the law requires it. We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal processes, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).
Third-pary service providers
We share data with third-party service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Such services may include authentication, data storage, email delivery and marketing, data analysis. Only the necessary data which those providers need to perform their work is shared with them. We do not give them permission to disclose or use any of our data for any other purpose.

We do not otherwise share or supply personal information to third parties. We do not sell or rent your personal information to marketers or third parties.
5. How and where the information is stored?
The personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States, or our partners, affiliates, and third-party providers maintain facilities. We only transfer data within jurisdictions subject to data protection laws that reflect our commitment to protecting the privacy of our users.
What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
6. How long is the information stored?
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (eg. taxes, accounting, and other legal requirements). When you delete your account on our sites we will delete or anonymize all your data, or, if it is not technically possible in some cases (eg. data stored in old backup files), then we will prevent misuses or disclosure of your data until their deletion can be processed.
7. What are your Privacy rights?
You have the right to be informed about how your data is collected and used. You have the right to know which data we collect about you and how we process it. You can update or delete your data in the account settings.
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
